Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for:
Oversees the day-to-day job duties of the Warehouse employees Provide training and support for all employees in their assigned job duties Receive inventory, stock shelves, pick orders, package orders and ship orders; direct responsibilities and oversight varies by facility Ensures that an atmosphere of safety and professionalism exists in the warehouse at all times Has the ability to work a shift that fits the functions being managed and allows for ample time before and after the shift to prepare and review plan & results KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, DUTIES AND ABILITIES:
Receive inventory, stock shelves, pick orders, package orders and ship orders Check and restock merchandise & inventory, inspect for damage and verify counts Maintain stock/return areas by keeping areas clean, neat and orderly Responsible for maintaining familiarity and knowledge of company product line locations and priorities regarding incoming orders Maintain a valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation for all scheduled shifts Comply with federal, state, local, OSHA and company policies, procedures, and regulations Maintain the highest standards of integrity, honesty, customer service and professionalism that creates positive experiences reflecting well upon assigned department and the company Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as a self starter with a high sense of urgency Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with subordinates, peers and management, both verbally and in writing Ability to supervise & manage the operation in the absence of the General Manager Familiar in the use of warehouse management systems and applications to leveraging the use of RF scanners that include, inventory control, stocking, receiving, picking and packing Ability to work effectively within a diverse population and workforce both individually and as part of a team Ability to drive performance through analysis of KPI's to aid in developing greater operational efficiency that constantly improves on-time shipping/receiving and inventory integrity Strong organizational skills and flexibility Ability to manage time effectively Maintain consistent and regular attendance and be available to work overtime, holidays and weekends as needed at times on less than 24 hours' notice Perform other duties as assigned RequirementsCONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
High school diploma or GED equivalent; 1-3 years front line warehouse supervisory experience required; 1 year management experience preferred Must submit to and successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen Provide and maintain a valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation (MVR Report must be obtained by applicant and submitted for approval prior to hire date) PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
